How to ask
- In Blender open Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > OpenBillow > Send support request.
- Enter your licence key (from your Gumroad or Superhive purchase), your email and what went wrong.
- Check the diagnostics shown before sending: OS, Blender, GPU and driver versions. No file paths, usernames or scene data.
- You get an automatic “received” email, then a reply from a person within 24 hours.
No internet in Blender, or online access switched off? Save the diagnostics to a file and email it to support@pipelineflow.co.uk.
